At THE BARN we take our roast profiling pretty serious - whenever we ramp up a new coffee or experiment with one, we produce roasts that are not 100% up to our BARN standard. However, these roasts are too good to waste - so we created our "Test Roast". Perfectly fine for batch brews, milk drinks or offices that drink a lot of coffee!
