Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide with a few exceptions where we experience unacceptable delays in customs: China, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and North Korea.

When can I expect my coffees after placing an order?

We roast and ship your coffees depending on where you are located and what kind of shipping you book. 

We ship FedEx Eco as standard for all orders. If you need coffee sooner than the timeframes specified below, you can book FedEx Priority shipping. We pass on the charge of this and you receive you package considerably sooner.

EU customers (excluding Germany, Northern Ireland and parts of Spain)

Normal order: We roast and ship all EU orders on Tuesdays and you will receive your coffee by Friday. Place your order between Wednesday midday CET to Monday midday CET to have your coffee shipped and roasted on Tuesday. 

Late orders: If you place your order between Monday midday and Wednesday midday, we will roast and ship your coffee on Thursday and you will receive your coffee by Tuesday the following week. 

Non-EU customers (including Northern Ireland and parts of Spain)

Normal order: We roast and ship all Non-EU orders on Mondays and you should receive your coffee by Friday. Place your order between Wednesday midday CET to Sunday midday CET to have your coffee shipped and roasted on Monday. 

Late orders 1: If you place your order between Sunday midday and Monday midday, we will roast and your coffee on Tuesday on you should receive your coffee on Monday the following week. 

Late orders 2: If you place your order between Monday midday and Wednesday midday, we will roast and your coffee on Thursday and you should receive your coffee on Wednesday the following week. 

Delays caused by customs occur and sometimes your coffee will be delayed by additional days. 

German customers

Normal order: We roast and ship all German orders on Wednesdays and you should receive your coffee by Friday. Place your order between Wednesday midday CET to Tuesday midday CET to have your coffee shipped and roasted on Wednesday. 

Late orders: If you place your order between Tuesday midday and Wednesday midday, we will roast and your coffee on Thursday on you should receive your coffee on Monday the following week, if not sooner. 

We ship your coffee using GLS which guarantees a 48 hour delivery window within Germany during business days. 

We don't offer FedEx Priority shipping in Germany. 

Why don’t you sell equipment outside of Europe? Our main product is coffee beans which we are selling globally. We have decided to sell our equipment only within the European Union.

How much does shipping cost? This varies by region and weight. You can see the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process.  

How can I track my shipment? You will receive an email notification when your package is booked. The notification contains your tracking number. 

I’m experiencing shipment issues. What can I do? 

If it’s a customs related delay, please contact your local FedEx office with your tracking number and provide documentation they require.
